Red Hook Garden

The River Café vegetable garden in Red Hook provides some of the seasonal produce used in the restaurant.   Marley O’Brien, the garden’s watchful curator, has planted and nurtured: 6 varieties of  tomatoes, 4 varieties of hot peppers, 2 varieties of eggplant, summer squash, cantaloupe, 2 varieties of mint, 3 varieties of sage, parsley, chive, oregano, thyme and basil.
